Mike has a nationwide civil litigation practice, advocating for clients on complex commercial and business disputes, construction cases, and surety matters in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration. Not only does Mike have vast experience doing what it takes to prepare a case for trial or arbitration, Mike has successfully briefed and argued numerous appeals and writs on a wide spectrum of matters before the United States Supreme Court, Missouri Supreme Court, Missouri Court of Appeals and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Prior to joining the firm, Mike clerked for the Honorable Anthony Rex Gabbert of the Missouri Court of Appeals.
