Jennifer currently serves as the firm’s managing partner. She has over two decades of litigation experience handling construction and complex civil litigation claims in multi-national jurisdictions including Missouri, Kansas, Illinois, Ohio and Texas state and federal courts. Jennifer does more than just litigate; she counsels clients on construction and business matters and handles contract negotiations. Jennifer’s practice includes construction litigation, commercial and business litigation, insurance defense and surety matters.
