Peter F. Rottgers

Following a short stint in the public interest sector, Peter moved into private practice to represent governmental entities and political subdivisions across the State of Missouri on matters involving constitutional questions, regulatory issues, disputes over statutory interpretation, government contracts, and much more. He has significant knowledge concerning employment, eminent domain, and land use matters. Peter is also experienced with state and local tax and economic development incentives, and understands the complexities of identifying, negotiating, and securing optimal incentive packages.
